Internal Server Error - Myota File Storage (Website)

If when logging into your Myota File Storage is not successful and you receive an “Internal Server Error” and you have LDAPS configured.

If when logging into your Myota File Storage is not successful and you receive an “Internal Server Error” and you have LDAPS configured, you need to check a few basic troubleshooting steps.

Internal_Server_Error

Check the LDAPS configuration page status.

  • Administration Settings > LDAP/AD integration; if LDAPS is working properly it will indicate a green colored "Configuration OK".

Configuration_OK

  • If instead from this same page you see "Configuration incorrect" then LDAPS is not working properly from the source.
