If when logging into your Myota File Storage is not successful and you receive an “Internal Server Error” and you have LDAPS configured, you need to check a few basic troubleshooting steps.
Check the LDAPS configuration page status.
- Administration Settings > LDAP/AD integration; if LDAPS is working properly it will indicate a green colored "Configuration OK".
- If instead from this same page you see "Configuration incorrect" then LDAPS is not working properly from the source.
- Is the password you used for the LDAPS account still valid (Non expired)
- Has the password for your LDAPS been changed recently?
- Are you able to connect to your https://ldap.yourdomain.com using ldp.exe or any other equivalent tool?
- Do you have the proper Azure firewall exception set or has it been modified recently?
